Ju Hao La Mian Xiao Long Bao is a revelation.

Thanks to Daniel Ang’s blog post we made our way to Lavender Food Square to see and taste Ju Hao’s La Mian. It is a pleasure to watch the chef pull the noodles skillfully and with amazing speed. In the blink of an eye my Beijing style la mian were on our tray followed by a bowl of steaming dumpling noodle soup. And the taste is fantastic. I will for sure come many times more and try all the delicious dishes on the menu.
